Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items following the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and accessories cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Receive Approval: Our support team will review your request and provide a return shipping address if approved.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item(s) and send them to the provided address. Keep the tracking number for reference.
  4. Processing: Once we receive the return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 14 days.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, easy paisa , jazz cash, etc.).
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you may receive a store credit or bank transfer refund (as applicable).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange instead of a refund.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Undergarments, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
